Community Garden 2016 a Success!
Happy summer’s end and Fall’s entrance.
What a great first year for the garden. The donations and revenue we generated allowed us to cover buying beautiful soil, receive donations of plants and the material and labor to build raised beds and supply sufficient water to manage a historically dry growing season. We have purchased a 1000 gallon water storage tank with outlet which can be set up for next year.
Thank you to all who participated and for the many contributors behind the scenes and for the financial contributions everyone made.
We are planning a day of working together to get the area all clean and ready for bed for the winter and ready to Spring forth next year.
